At the age of 12, I began working in my first restaurant, led by world-renowned Chef Giovanni Palermo. As I moved through the ranks of the kitchen, I quickly realized my love for the culinary arts. With a new skill set and over 10,000 hours of working tirelessly to perfect my craft, I felt I had truly found my purpose in life. Fast forward to adulthood, I went on to own and operate eight restaurants, ran a successful catering business in Nashville, and had the privilege of cooking chef for celebrities like Rachael Ray, Steven Tyler, Keith Urban, Shania Twain, Gayle King, Brad Garrett, Kid Rock, the Bezos family, and many more. However, when our first grandchild, Declan Kingston, was born, my wife and I knew we wanted to be closer to family. So, for the love of family, we relocated to the Tampa Bay area, where we could spend more time with our grandson while continuing to do what we love—serving great food to great people.
